Work Pay$ Seeks Consumer Participation

Work Pay$ seeks consumers with disabilities to participate as members of the Work Pay$ Coalition. Consumers will receive financial assistance in order to fully participate. The following costs can be covered and reimbursed as needed:

• Meal reimbursement for dinner (night before meeting)
• Breakfast
• Lunch provided during meeting
• One night lodging (double occupancy if PCA is needed) Rates determined and approved by Advocacy Center's travel guidelines
• Mileage reimbursement at state rate (round trip)
• Personal Care Assistant (if needed)
• Taxi if needed to and from meeting
• Accommodations provided as needed and requested (Work Pays will contract and pay for accommodations directly)

Meetings are held every other month in Baton Rouge from 9:30AM to 3:30PM. Meeting locations vary and will be posted on the calendar section of the Work Pay$ website. The next meeting is March 8, 2012.
